We made an offer/submission for supplied boats for the World Cup Series, World- and Continental Championships and Olympics. Together with our event concept of Tornado Speedsailing in the Sailing Arena we think it was the best offer ISAF ever got. Our target was to get maximum nations, spectators, media and sponsors. But....the ISAF Executive eleminated our submission and not discussed this in the ISAF conference.

The IOC and ISAF Member Royal Highness Crown Prince of Denmark talks about the future of Olympic Sailing at the biggest Danish magazine "Billed Bladet".
He says that we need to modernize Olympic Sailing and our sport needs boat classes who should deliver maximum action for the audience. He said we need spectator and media events.
Also he said, that mixed sailing is a great for the Olympics and can show our sport in a new and fresh way. This is what the Olympic future needs he thinks.
For us, it looks like we are on the move to the right direction. Mixed team sailing with the Formula-1 of sailing is the way into a new era of our sport.
